A certified lactation counselor instructs the class. ABC stands for Access, Breastmilk Comfortable. You will receive answers to questions such as: Do mom and baby have sufficient ACCESS to one another? You will learn the importance of skin to skin and how wearing your baby can help you make more milk. Is BREASTMILK getting into the baby? What’s colostrum anyway? Is mother COMFORTABLE? You will also learn how to milk by hand and cup or spoon feed. You will be able to breastfeed confidently! *Women only please.
