Meditation class with Buddhist monk!

Belly Bliss is so excited to welcome Bhante Sujatha, an ordained Buddhist monk, on Friday, February 24, 2012 from 3-5pm. Bhante has graciously agreed to offer a meditation class that will teach balance for the expecting mom, both physically and mentally.
